To ensure a safe and trustworthy shopping experience for everyone, all products for sale on Walmart.com must comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. In this guide, you’ll learn about the types of products that can’t be sold on Walmart Marketplace and the rules that apply.

All Walmart Marketplace sellers are responsible for being aware of and compliant with all policies, rules and guidelines. Not all prohibited product categories or territories may be listed below. Walmart reserves the right to remove any product category in any Walmart Marketplace Prohibited Products Policy without notice.
Prohibited products by territoryÂ
Walmart Marketplace sellers must comply with specific federal laws and economic sanctions regulations. If you or your business fail to maintain the following requirements, Walmart may remove your product listing and suspend or terminate your Walmart Marketplace account.
